The BROKEN WINGED BIRD

This illustration was originally created in 2002 while in Sydney. It tells a tale of how a once caged pet bird crash lands onto a foreign land and has its freedom but unfortunately is unable to fly. His head cocked to the side like an inquisitive dog and waving his foot gives him life and character.

Pencil line and cleaned up in Illustrator and coloured with Photoshop.
