Batman Returns was released on June 19th, 1992 (North America). Out of the 2 Tim Burton Batfilms, this was hands down my favourite. With Michael Keaton returning alongside Michelle Pfeiffer’s life-alerting Catwoman, Danny DeVito’s creepy AF Penguin & Christopher Walker’s shrewd Max Shreck – it’s a stellar ensemble with a much darker tone that stands out as one of my favourite Batman movies to date.

It’s not for kids but is definitely a Christmas movie.
